Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment.

LADA World uses 3 different shippers. Depending on your country and the package size.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to:

  • What country you live in
  • The total weight of the shipment
  • The length of the parcel
  • The volume of the parcel
  • The number of parcels

To see the shipping fee and estimated shipping time, you need to put some products in the shopping basket, and continue to do a 'Check Out'. The web-shop will calculate everything for you. (Our web-shop contain all the shipping prices for 3 shippers, for all weight intervals 1-40 kg, to all countries around the world - more than 10000 prices !)

LADA World will not charge you any other fees.

If you live outside EU, you will need to pay a customs fee and customs duty to your own country's tax/customs government.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package is insured by the shipper for values up to 4800 DKK = 640 EUR = 720 USD

LADA World will take special care to protect fragile items in the packing of your order. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Since the storage is located in Denmark, and Denmark has the worlds highest shipping rates, we advice you to buy plenty of parts in one parcel (the shipping companies determine the prices - not LADA World)

Sergey: Here comes another parcel for Sweden, should we ship it with a submarine ?

Ivan: It would be the fastest, but hard to use our Track & Trace option under water.

Sergey: Hmmm, yes I remember, Swedes does not like submarines. Dispatch a truck then.


In case of ANY problems:

FIRST, contact us, using this form ⇒  Contact (starts an e-mail correspondence, or simply reply to one of the order-mails you have received), and we will find a solution.

If you still are not satisfied, you have 2 more options:

LADA World will be contacted, in either case.

If the part is not used

... you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Contact us to find out how the parts needs to be packed. Each item will be inspected upon receipt, and must be 100% OK. You will be refunded 100% for the item(s), shipping is NOT included and not refunded.

If a part is broken upon reciept

... you need to write a complaint to the shipper that delivered the parcel. You have the right to be refunded by the shipper.

Keep the packing and parts as proof. Take photos of the parts and packing, make a copy of the invoice and add it all to your complaint.

LADA World cannot help you with the complaint. The complaint must always be made by the receiver ! (That's how it works when we ship Private parcels - the cheapest option).

In rare cases LADA World can make the complaint for you (in that case, we also need the above mentioned documentation). The shipping company will advice you, in case LADA World should make the complaint.

Inform us first, using this form ⇒  Contact (starts an e-mail correspondence), or simply reply to one of the order-mails you have received.

Be patient, it can take up to 3 months for the complaint to be handled by the shipping company.

2 years 100% warranty

In case the part unexpectedly brakes during the warranty period, you will be refunded 100%, shipping included by LADA World.

You need to fill out a reclaim form and add some good (in focus) photos. In some cases we also need to get the broken parts back for inspection (in that case, keep the receipt of the shipping - LADA World will refund it). If it turns out the breakdown is not a warranty issue but your own fault, you will not be refunded in any way.

Parcel has not arrived

You will be refunded 100% shipping included, or new parts will be shipped again.

In rare cases (1 out of 500) the parcel disappear from the shipper.

If it has been sent with PostNord or EMS, it could take up to 4 months before a refund is issued. You (the receiver) must contact your local post office to start an investigation request. (LADA World does not ship your parcel as a "business" parcel, but as a "private" parcel - that is why you must contact the local post office).

Anyway, we would like to be informed about the missing parcel (for our statistics).

If it has been sent with any other shipper, it could take up to 2 months before a refund is issued. Contact us either by using this form ⇒  Contact or simply reply to one of the order-mails you have received. LADA World will contact the shipper to start an investigation.

Please be VERY patient, it will take around 2 to 4 months to resolve everything - and LADA World will not send you any replacements or refund in that period.
