If you cannot press the bush (for the transverse- and longitudinal bars) through the holes, then cut them in 2 pieces with a sharp knife.

PS: There is a big difference in quality among Polyurethane parts.

FIAT spare part numbers are: 4180915 (or 4134162) Upper arm bushing + 4150502 Lower arm bushing. We don't know the numbers for the other parts.
