Please note: LADA has either copied the original, or made a deal with the original Russian inventor to sell their device. The main difference is:

The copy from LADA does not include any installation guide

All feedback from Russia says that this kit removes engine noise (from loose chain tensioning).

The tensioner is spring loaded with a non return function, hence retains the chain stretched. No more manual adjustments of the chain.

The service life of all the timing components increases due to the constant and correct adjustment of the chain tensioner.

After installation it does not require maintenance or adjustments. It will fully automatically adjust the chain as it stretches. The automatic adjustment is carried out in very small steps (down to 1 mm), hence the lifetime of the tensioner shoe will become significantly longer.
