Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Sergey: Here comes another parcel for Sweden, should we ship it with a submarine ?

Ivan: It would be the fastest, but hard to use our Track & Trace option under water.

Sergey: Hmmm, yes I remember, Swedes does not like submarines. Dispatch a truck then.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to:

  • The total weight of the shipment
  • The length of the parcel
  • The number of parcels

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package is insured by the shipper for values up to 4800 DKK = 640 EUR = 720 USD

LADA World will take special care to protect fragile items in the packing of your order. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Since the storage is located in Denmark, and Denmark has the worlds highest shipping rates, we have chosen the shipper with the lowest possible shipping rates. However they don't operate as fast, and tracking is not always to be thrusted, however the parcel will always arrive.

Returns

If the part is not used, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Inform us first, add the Invoice number. Ship it in according packing material to protect the item(s). Each item will be inspected upon receipt, and must be 100% OK. You will be refunded for the item(s), shipping not included.

If the part is broken upon reciept, you need to write a complaint to the shipper that delivered the parcel. You have the right to be refunded by the shipper.

Keep the packing and parts as proof. Take photos of the parts and packing, make a copy of the invoice and add it all to your complaint.

LADA World cannot help you with the complaint. The complaint must always be made by the receiver ! (That's how it works with EMS when we ship Private parcels - the cheapest option).

Be patient, it can take up to 2 months for the complaint to be handled.

Broken parts ? It happens with even the best cars !

In case the part unexpectedly brakes during the warranty period, you will be refunded 100%, shipping included by LADA World.

You need to fill out a reclaim form and add some good (in focus) photos. In some cases we also need to get the broken parts back for inspection (in that case, keep the receipt of the shipping - LADA World will refund it). If it turns out the breakedown is not a warranty issue but your own fault, you will not be refunded in any way.
