Other Informations
This sensor is only used as a cam phaser: To detect if the camshaft is still in synchronization (in phase) with the rest of the engine. (A safety precaution, used to shut down the engine in case the camshaft is out of synchronization)
The ignition timing is controlled by the Crankshaft position sensor (and the ECU).
Remember to order a new seal ↓
